- Stripped Jews of basic rights as citizens - Prohibited marriage & Sexual relationship between Germans and Jews

- Formally classified "Jews" - Legally, a "Jew" was anyone with 3/4 Jewish Grandparents - "Jew" under this law was based as a "race"

- Nazi act of aggression against Jews in Germany

- Berlin Suburb- conference held by Hitler (not present) and 15 leading Nazis -Forced Jewish emigration & segregation was not enough for Hitler-he needed a "Final Solution" to the Jewish question in the occupied territories (Western Poland had over 2 million Jews) - Their answer- Extermination Camps (Auschwitz 1942)
