2. WHAT ELSE TO READ
In addition to these Terms, we also made Privacy Policy, Payment Policy and other rules, placed on the Site. Although it’s not part of these Terms, we encourage you to read it to better understand how we use your personal information and what rights you have.
3. OUR SERVICES
Services on our Site may be used on a subscription basis. This allows you to subscribe to our Services for a specific period of time for a subscription fee. By creating an account with us and paying a subscription fee, you get 100% to everything on our Site.
It will take literally a couple of minutes to register on our Site. Then you can choose a subscription plan that suits your needs.
If you need to cancel your subscription, we’ll ask you to log into your account and use your settings. Cancellation of subscription means that auto-renewal will be disabled, but you’ll still have access to all subscription features for the time remaining until the end of the current period.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
When you register an account, we’ll ask you to provide certain information about yourself and set up a password and user name. As an alternative we may offer you to use an existing account such as Google, Facebook, etc. By registering, you certify that information you provide in the registration is accurate and belongs to you or that you have the right to use it.
You are responsible for the security of your account, and you agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to pursue all of our legal remedies, including, but not limited to, deletion of your account upon any breach by you of these Terms.
5. JURISDICTION LIMITATIONS
As we always tend to comply with all applicable laws, we hereby must inform you that some ways to use the Services may be prohibited in some jurisdictions. These jurisdictions may include England and Wales, the Republic of Ireland, the Commonwealth of Australia, New Zealand (the “Prohibited Jurisdictions”).
You are not allowed to use our Services if you are in the Prohibited Jurisdictions. You represent and warrant that you are not residing on the territory of the Prohibited Jurisdictions when ordering Services on our Site.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and all claims (whether in contract, tort or statute) that may be based upon, arise out of or relating to these Terms shall be governed by, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
All disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved by negotiations between the parties, which agree to make all efforts to resolve the dispute. If the Parties fail to reach consent, the disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Republic of Estonia that shall have jurisdiction to settle any suit, dispute, action or other proceedings relating to these Terms
9. PERSONAL INFORMATION SHARING
You are not allowed to share any personal information or discuss personal matters that are not connected with ordered Services. You should inform our support team about any case of requesting such information from our partner or affiliate person.
