question
Describe an occasion when you disagreed with a supervisor's decision or company policy?

I wouldn't say that I've disagreed with a supervisor decision or company policy, but I have always tried to contribute productive, innovative ideas within my area of responsibility. I worked as a supervisor at a call center where we were quick to address negative behaviors, but slow in showing recognition to employees who were performing well. I was able to propose action steps for increasing positive reinforcement. This resulted in increased morale and better employee performance.

Give an example of a time when you had to be relatively quick in coming to a decision.

Last year I managed a small lawn company. I received a call from a client who was upset because part of her lawn had been missed. question
Act like you are trying to sell me this pen:
answer
How many times have you pick up a pen to write a quick note or sign an important document only to find that the pen will not write? More times than you care to remember, right? Do you remember how frustrating it is? Ah! Well, thanks to some exciting advances in technology, you'll never have to deal with a faulty pen ever again. May I present to you the Inkless Pen. Now don't let the name confuse you. This is actually the pen that never runs out of ink. It can literally last you a lifetime. How is that possible? I'm glad you asked. The secret lies in the revolutionary metal alloy tip. As you write with the pen, small amounts of metal are transferred to the writing surface. This functions much like the graphite in a pencil. Unlike a pencil, however, the pen never needs to be sharped and will not smudge. Why you can even write upside down if you want. Now, as awesome as this pen is, it doesn't do you any good if you loose it right? Well, to make the pen even more attractive it can be shrunk down to a mere two inches and carried on your keychain via the included screw-on cap. Ok, so let's get down to business. What's the catch, right? How much is it going to cost me? Pens with comparable features can cost upwards of $100. Well I have good news for you, the Inkless Pen doesn't even cost half that amount. In fact, you can have your very own Inkless Pen for as little as $25.
question
What's the most difficult decision that you've ever had to make?

Deciding to leave home and teach English abroad was the most difficult decision that I've ever had to make. It meant leaving behind friends and family and going to unfamiliar territory. I ultimately decided to teach abroad because I looked forward to the challenge of learning a new language and experiencing a new culture.
