The 2 star oversees the 1 star as well as plays the field with the 1. The 2 same as the 1 can only breed as green lighted by the higher stars above them.

The 1 star runs the field and is very much in charge of the soldiers. The 1 star feeds the soldiers their knowledge as well as holds meetings with them overseen by the 2 star.
